Do you love sushi so much that you wish you could eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert? Or, perhaps you abhor the sight of raw fish but love sweets? If so, this delicious treat is the one for you.
I cheated a little and found this recipe on Nicole Harris’ sight, Wonky Wonderful. But because I’m lazy, I bought the rice krispies treats beforehand instead of making it manually. The entire process of making these candy sushis took less than 10 minutes, which makes it great for last minute party food!
- 4 rice krispies treats
- 16 swedish fish
- 1 fruit roll up
Method makes 16
1. Gather your ingredients.
2. Cut the rice crispies treats into fourths and shape them into round ovals.
3. Press a swedish fish on the top of each rice crispy ball.
4. Cut the fruit roll up into long strips and wrap around the rice krispy ball. Enjoy!
